Asset Management Systems Ltd helps infrastructure and asset-intensive organisations progress through a structured strategic asset management capability-building journey, from discovering and exploring to optimising, integrating and moving beyond ISO 55001.
Our capability-building roadmap starts with an assessment of the current state, future-state design and impact assessment. It provides a structured pathway to align lifecycle activities, develop the skills and knowledge needed at each stage, and integrate the end-to-end technology solutions that support delivery. We then facilitate future-state integration planning and implementation.
By connecting people, physical assets and digital assets - including data, information, enterprise asset management platforms and AI - we develop the human skills and knowledge needed to realise value from digital assets, enabling organisations to use technology with purpose and progress to the next level of their strategic asset management journey.
